STOCK CARTRIDGE HEATERS 12.5mm DIAMETER 50 to 200mm LONG
Our cartridge heaters are manufactured to the highest standards to ensure the users the best performance and the longest possible working life. They are made from stainless steel construction with a fully welded waterproof tip and nickel-chromium resistance wire. They are all compacted with magnesium oxide to give a high watt density design.
Can Cartridge Heaters be made with temperature sensors?
We can make all cartridge heaters with built-in thermocouples or RTD sensors. These are great if you don’t have any available space on the tooling to locate the sensor. This option will make its temperature measurement and control more sensitive and would all depend on how sensitive you need it to be without excessive overshooting.
